When your company deals with Suruga Seiki and our products is to be exported overseas customer, please refer to the following concept.
EXPORT CONTROL LAW AND ORDINANCES
In Japan, the exportation has to be proceeded in accordance with“Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act” - Japan law. In order to ensure peace and safety of the world, the Japanese government controls exportation of a product or technology that is possible to be used as mass-destruction weapons, such as nuclear weapon, chemical weapon, biological weapon and missile that transports them.
Even in case your company plans to sell another company or re-export to another country, we, Suruga Seiki still has responsibility for it.
Therefore, in order to observe “Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act” - Japan law, Suruga Seiki is to check whether it is appropriate or not against “List regulation” and “Catch-all export controls items” with objective requirement.
If the product or technology that is concerned about “List regulation” and “Catch-all export controls items” with objective requirement(such as destination, application, end user Information etc), it is obliged to acquire E/L(export license) that is issued by Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
In our products, there is some products that is appropriate against “Export Trade Control Order appendix No.1” and “Foreign Exchange Order” (such as Micro-Manipulator system)

Suruga Seiki is to request your company to submit objective requirement, such as destination, application, end user information etc, in accordance with “Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act” - Japan law
